Distribution centers: Delivery guidelines

Distribution centers: Delivery guidelines

For efficient processing of a transport order, it is necessary to consider the transition points between the different means of transport and between the means of transport and the distribution centers. Without advance planning, such critical points can rapidly lead to costly delays. We therefore ask you to read the specific guidelines of the individual distribution centers before making the first delivery. Please note especially the grading rules (see below) and the maximum allowable height of a pallet. For example, there are specific guidelines on shrinkage, and for labeling the pallets. Please also tell your carrier about the applicable guidelines so as to avoid unnecessary delays and additional costs.
