The instructions on this page inform all service providers of Migros about what they can do to help ensure that transport orders are processed efficiently and cost effectively. We ask that you pass on these instructions to all of your employees and agents who perform or organize shipping and/or customs clearance on our behalf. If you cannot comply with the instructions, in some circumstances we may have to charge you the resulting added costs.
These instructions are valid for shipments and customs clearance by the following companies:
- Federation of Migros Cooperatives, Zurich
- Magazine zum Globus AG, Spreitenbach
There may be individual agreements between FMC Logistics Transport International and logistics managers at the Migros companies listed above that deviate in part from these instructions. Please contact us if special arrangements are required for specific matters.
