Our specialists bill and pay all road and railway transport in the national transport section. We generally have a monthly billing period. The term for payment is 30 days net. This also applies to coordinated vehicle trip to our subfreight carriers.
Internal controls
Billing and remuneration is based on an extensive internal control system (ICS). This regulates the processes, methods and (control) measures and ensures the smooth running of operational transactions. The organizational measures of the ICS are integrated within the operating procedures and are reviewed by auditors on a yearly basis.
